Putting the sounds into the Christmas Lights Switch On

Music in the City were delighted to be asked to provide the live music for the Christmas Lights switch on event in Southampton this year. We put together a great line up, and despite the weather, we kept the crowds, and kept them entertained in the build up.

Thank you to everyone that played… all the kids from Bitterne Park Primary & Nursery School, Holy Family Catholic Primary School & Mansel Park Primary & Nursery School, who were absolutely joyous and the perfect start to the festivities, Hedgehogs Nat & James, Fraser and his Rock Choir, Rackham - Sam & Toby and the ace DJ Flash. And thank you to James the Lord Mayor of Southampton and Zeyno the children’s mayor, super job with the plunger!
