With a blues / rock influence, D’ KenZion is a tilt of the soft cloth cap to the works of Charles Dickens. The songs whilst light and groovy, are a comment on the injustice in the world today and a tribute to the works of Mr D.
Ged helps promote local musicians by staging events for them to play at. He also Hosts the Open mic every Wednesday night at the Dolphin pub, St Dennys, Southampton. He along with Monica And Keith Domone have been running the night for many years.
His songs already released on all good music platforms include an LP 'A Dickensian in Love' This a fun piece made up of quotes and paraphrasing from Dickens works. This written as a tribute and celebration of his words.

I am a 14 year old singer/songwriter from Fareham. I have always loved to perform. My love for singing has developed particularly over the past two years when my singing teacher suggested open mics. Matthew Fisher from the Cave studios discovered me and asked me to start recording some covers along with music videos. Last year Megan Peters from the Cave studios suggested I start my songwriting journey. I released ‘Broken’ on all music platforms in November. It has spent 9 weeks in the top 2 of the Southcoast charts and was featured on BBC introducing on Saturday 23rd February. I also featured on fiesta 95 fm recently and sang live on the radio. I have been so overwhelmed with the support of my journey so far. I am looking forward to performing at a number of festivals already booked for this year including Recfest and the Big Eat.

Too Many Temples tell noisy, colourful stories. Stories that only people from their diverse backgrounds could tell. Ranj and Sarb, both second generation South Asian immigrants, born under the Flightpath of Heathrow airport. Tom and Alberto, both first generation immigrants from Jersey and Italy respectively, both moving to London to find something they hadn’t found at home.
They met, serendipitously, and over a gushing pint at the Rose & Crown Pub in Hounslow, they decided to start a band. The songs are a sum of their parts, pulled and pushed in different directions, as you’d expect from a group of people with such differing musical upbringings. When they're not caught in violent agreement, they’re holding one another together. The internal conflict creates this mess. This collection of stories.
